Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Programme Management

• Visiting designated field areas for community mobilization.
• Meet once a month all the community-based institutions like Gram Sabha, Youth/ Women groups, and stakeholders (Health department, Anganwadi, etc.). Ensure effective coordination and consultation for convergence of basic service facilities.
• Formation and participate in local level meetings, Help in identifying issues and facilitate discussion for localized solutions.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings and review as organized by the Program team.
• Ensure all relevant data from the field are captured and monthly reports to be shared with the Program team
• Submit month wise plans, reports, timesheet, logbook to the Program team
• Establish linkages with relevant authorities and other organizations in the district for better implementation of the project activities.
• Regular home visits and developing family development plans for families.
• Keeping track on the academic and nutrition status of children under the project catchment area.

 

1. Documentation Management

• Maintaining data base of his/her respective field area/cluster and submit it to Field Program Associate as and when required basis.
• Ensuring quality of field implementation when it comes to livelihood intervention and academic support classes.
• Building capacity of academic mentors and monitoring their daily activities.
• Ensure the program process is documented and enough case studies are in place to show the impact or progress of the program.
• Submit monthly plans and reports, timesheet, logbook to the District Program Associate and the Program Finance Associate.
• Provide proper bills for each activity and submit them to the Field Program Associate for verification and further process.

 

1. Administration and Finance Management

• Timely reporting of administration related task to the reporting officer.
• Record and report the expenditures based on plan and as per the project guidelines.
