Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring integration of Key Strategic Pillars (empowering animation, dialogue, volunteering and sharing community) in all direct and partner intervention programs
- Work with community and stakeholder and ensure project activities are timely and effectively executed in line with project goals and objectives
- Make regular field visits (3-4 days in field and 1 day for documentation on weekly basis) and mentor village institutions & community
- Participate in village level meetings and contribute in village development plan
- Identify village issues and facilitate discussion among community for the solutions
- Organize training/workshop/meetings/exposure visits as per annual timeline in alignment with budget
- Facilitate active participation of the community in the Gram Nirman project
- Prepare capacity building plan for community and leaders as per the needs and share with line manger/program associate
- Alerting the reporting manager/ program lead/ senior management of any issues related to non compliance
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual meetings as organized by Gram Nirman team/ Caritas India and facilitate interexchange field learning and insights
- Maintaining data base of his/her respective villages/cluster and submit it to Program Associate as and when required
- Preparation of reports of each activity (narrative report, photographs, and signatures of meetings) in the field and submit them to Program Associate
- Ensure the program process is documented and enough case studies are in place to show the impact or progress of the program
- Submit monthly plans and reports, timesheet, logbook to the Program Associate and the Program Finance Associate
- Provide proper bills for each activity and submit them to the Finance Associate approved by Program Associate
- Establish linkages with relevant authorities and other organizations in the district for better implementation of the project activities
- Representing the work of Caritas India at local governance and block level through regular meeting with local and block administration
- Working in coordination with CSOs and other institutions in the area and integrating learning’s or good practices in own villages/cluster

Salary :
CTC Rs 21380/- per month
Function Area :
The essence of the role is to facilitate the project implementation activities in his/her respective villages/cluster and establish and develop community based groups (CBOs) while working in close coordination with State Program Associate/ Program Associate.
