Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective programme management, in accordance with the quality standards of Caritas India.
• Ensure Theme based dialogues with focused communities (e.g. Child Protection, DRR, Sanitation, Nutrition).
• Ensure Theme based dialogues with duty bearers (e.g., Budget, Sanitation, Nutrition)
• Ensure meaningful Interfaith dialogue for peace & harmony.
• Ensure climatic resilience action-based dialogues with nature (e.g., green audit, Environmental Campaigns)
• Ensure mainstreaming Dialogue pillars in all developmental programmes of Caritas India

• Support in accompanying the Local partners and Regional Fora projects for successful implementation of activities of DA.
• Support in assessing capacity gaps of partners in the area of DA and handhold them as desired by Caritas India.
• Assist in building the perspectives and capacities of the Regional Fora and local Partners on DA related areas.

• Ensure that all resources of CI are ethically utilized. optimally managed and safeguard
• Ensure that the budgets are realistic in terms of expenditure patterns and activity requirements.

• Generate, collect and compile data from the programmes implemented.
• Capture case studies and best practices.

• Liaise with partner organisations to understand and render support to design, develop and implement DA program within the organisation.
• Value addition of perspectives and analysis into concepts/proposals/events modules as and when required.
• Support in Mobilize Resources- human and finance where required.

Strategic Plan Dialogue

Role :
This position will be required to support the Strategic Plan of Dialogue and will be a part of the Strategic Plan Team in mainstreaming Key strategic Pillars (KSPs) within the organisation by integrating it with the existing ongoing programs/interventions as well as the ones that develop in future by capturing the 4 pillars as the core principle and among partners and support in organisational Capacity Building initiatives. Working as Dialogue Associate will ensure Programme Management, Partnership Management, Stewardship of resources and Knowledge Products and overall manage all elements of Dialogue within the organisation and partner organisations.

Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the similar field

KeySkills :
• Ability to put knowledge and principles into practice for effective programme management. • Ability to assess the need for organizational development interventions and facilitate the same. • Ability to articulate and compile reports clearly and present the same concisely. • Ability to facilitate group processes to achieve desired results. • Ability to articulate communications clearly and present the same concisely in a polite and firm manner. • Ability to find opportunities to leverage the strengths of other likeminded organizations and work constructively in addressing specific issues. • Strong interpersonal skills for influencing partners and other stakeholders in adopting and adhering to Caritas India program quality standards. • Knowledge of the social reality
