Job Description

Key Deliverables of the Counselor:

• To provide online counseling sessions for those Caritas India staff who seek the support
• To provide the follow up sessions with those staff who may ask for/require repeated counseling sessions
• To suggest/provide psycho-social therapy to those staff who require such specialized therapy.
• To maintain total confidentiality of all the clients, their identity, the matters discussed during the counseling etc
• At the end of every month, to give monthly activity report to the Reporting Person

Timeframe of the current consultancy period:

• 3 months from the date of issue of the consultancy engagement letter with the notice period of one month by either party
• If there is real need be for further continuity of the counselling services, on mutual discussion with the consultant and the Organization, this consultancy period may be further extended in writing.
