Additionally, they had no knowledge of how to cultivate it, and millet seeds were scarce.

They managed to motivate and guide 20 farmers from two villages to take up millet cultivation. Procuring millet seeds was a challenge; they had to source them from FARM partners, highlighting the rarity of millet in the region.
