With a background in education and a career spanning over three decades, he has worked on key initiatives in Bihar, focusing on social justice, poverty alleviation, and community empowerment.

He previously served as Director of the Bihar Social Forum and has held leadership roles in organizational finance and program management. A strong advocate for social change, he is committed to driving impactful humanitarian initiatives, strengthening partnerships, and advancing Caritas India’s mission to uplift marginalized communities across the country.

Jesudass R., the Executive Director of Caritas India is a dynamic leader with proven experience in grassroots mobilisation, crisis response, and institution building. In his leadership at the Diocesan Social Service Society, he demonstrated bold, compassionate leadership is supporting thousands of marignalised population through different projects.

At TASOSS, his strategic vision turned a dormant campus into a thriving, self-sustaining centre. With academic credentials in social work, education, and commerce, he brings intellectual depth to every initiative. Benny Edayath (Sebastian), Assistant Executive Director of Caritas India, brings over two decades of leadership in pastoral, legal, and social development roles. He has served as Executive Director of Shreyas for six years, leading impactful grassroots programs.
With a postgraduation in social work and an LL.B., he merges empathy with legal acumen. His experience spans 26 parishes, diocesan administration, and orphanage leadership. His leadership span across varied social development fields like education, justice, and social transformation.

M. Julian Fernando, the Administrator of Caritas India, brings over two decades of dedicated service to marginalised communities. He holds degrees in philosophy, history, and social work anchoring his leadership in both reflection and action.
His experience spans prison ministry, disability inclusion, and grassroots development. As Director of CBR programs in Uttar Pradesh and Manager of Amar Vani School for the Hearing-Impaired, he championed dignity and accessibility. Since 2018, he has led the Diocesan Social Welfare Society with integrity and compassion.
