M. Julian Fernando, the Administrator of Caritas India, brings over two decades of dedicated service to marginalised communities. He holds degrees in philosophy, history, and social work anchoring his leadership in both reflection and action.
His experience spans prison ministry, disability inclusion, and grassroots development. As Director of CBR programs in Uttar Pradesh and Manager of Amar Vani School for the Hearing-Impaired, he championed dignity and accessibility.
