With 3% of the population living with disabilities—1.5% having benchmark disabilities—awareness of rights and government schemes remains minimal. This program aims to empower persons with disabilities by increasing awareness of their rights and enabling access to local support services. It seeks to improve their quality of life and promote equal participation in society.
