Resilient Recovery – Strengthening Hailstorm affected communities in Manipur” project was implemented by Caritas India in collaboration with Diocesan Social Service Society Imphal supported by START NETWORK for the most vulnerable hailstorm affected families. The response focused on Multi-Purpose Cash Transfer (MCT), Shelter kits, awareness on Protection including gender-based violence in two districts (Imphal East and Imphal West) of Manipur.
